What Is Mil Spec?
All Stephan Wood Products are made to military specification (MIL-SPEC). We have a resin system that’s been in place since 1991 that we can tweak for color, but there’s no need to tweak it for anything else because it meets or exceeds (the standards of) what we’re selling right now.
As for colors, well, we paint a lot of green and a lot of tan. It makes it easier for our spray painters to paint tan over tan or green over green. We can pigment it red or blue, but these are two pigments often used to manufacture the product.
